ABOUT SAWTOOTH CONSTRUCTION
Our commercial experience includes the erection of Sun Valley Company’s Seattle
Ridge Lodge and Skier Services Building,
the Bank of America Buildings in Ketchum and Hailey, Sun
Valley Community School, River Ridge Townhomes, The
Two Bridges at River Run Condominiums and the Snowstar
Condominiums,
Crazy Horse Square and Walnut Avenue Mall. Our Boise projects include; the Spring
Creek Apartment Complex, three phases of the Pines
at River Run Condominiums, and the Logger’s Creek Building.
In Twin Falls, we built the Crossings at Twin Falls, as assisted living facility for older adults.
As the custom home industry in this area leans toward mountain
architecture, we have gained a reputation for fine
log and timber craftsmanship.
We feel the key is an experienced log crew with attention to detail. Some
of our recent custom homes both traditional and log include: the Willow
Way Home, The Johns Home, Cross Creek Residence, Venter Residence, Welp
Residence, MacDonald Residence, Levy Residence and the Peck Residence.
Sawtooth Construction has maintained many of the same management personnel for over
20 years along with an infusion of young blood.
Our staff includes in house architectural services and Janet Lamers AFID Affiliate of Interior Architecture. Her experience spans both
residential and commercial venues with a national involvement in over twelve financial institutions.
Our subcontractors have proven themselves reliable and warrantee their work. Each must carry proof of worker’s compensation and general liability.
